Here are links to upcoming 29er events in Southern California:
May 11-12 — HPYS 29er Clinic at San Diego YC with US Sailing Team Data Analyst B Lindsay plus Antoine Screve, Noah Nyenhuis and Giselle Nyenhuis
Multi-level clinic (beginner sailors welcome). Focus for the advanced teams will be on improving your sailing with data analytics — using trackers, compasses and weather forecasting apps.
May 18-19 Dinghy Fest, Santa Barbara YC
Final Hamlin Series regatta!
June 8-9 — HPYS 29er Clinic at SDYC
Right after this clinic, we will load our big 29er trailer back to Bristol, RI for the pre-Youth Champs clinic, then Youth Champs and the Junior Women’s Champs before returning on July 1st — email me if you are interested in a spot.
June 29-30 — SD Olympic Classes Regatta
Registration opening soon.
July 19 – 21 LB Olympic Classes Regatta
Come a day early — A1R is planning to run a 29er clinic on July 18th.
July 22 – 25 National Championships for 29ers at Coronado YC
Back-to-back with LBOCR so you can get two regattas in one trip to So Cal!
