2025 Thanksgiving US Youth Team Camp

The US Sailing Youth National Team Thanksgiving Camp will be at Miami Yacht Club from November 22-25, 2025.
This year’s camp is for the 2025 Youth Worlds Team, USYNT members and additional sailors invited based on their performance at the 2025 Youth Champs. This is a shift away from the hybrid model of the past, in 2025 all coaches and staff will be hired by US Sailing, including US Sailing Team/ODP Staff. A select group of ODP athletes are invited as well.
The lead coaches for the camp are as follows:

- Lead ILCA Coach: Rosie Chapman
- Lead Nacra 15 Coach: Marcus Lynch
- Lead 29er Coach: Guilia Conti
- Lead 420 Coach: Lior Lavie
Invitation Criteria: The 2025 Thanksgiving Camp is by INVITATION ONLY. Invitations will be emailed to athletes/teams. Invitation criteria is as follows:
- US Sailing athletes:
- ODP athletes (Tiers 3-5)
- 2025 US Sailing Youth Worlds Team athletes (Tier 6)
- 2025 US Sailing Youth National Team athletes (Tier 7)
- Additional Invitees:
- Athletes that finish in the top 1/2 of their class at the 2025 US Youth Championship
- Discretionary invitations – to request a discretionary invitation, please email youth@ussailing.org with your 2025 sailing resume and a brief description of your goals for 2026.

- ILCA 6 (US Youth Team, ODP, +invitees)
- 420 (US Youth Team +invitees)
- 29er (US Youth Team +invitees)
- Nacra 15 (US Youth Team +invitees)
